Spa Day & Treatment Policy
All treatments must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
- We recommend enjoying the spa facilities before your treatment to ensure maximum benefit and absorption of the products used.
- Your treatment times for Spa Day Experiences will be confirmed on arrival.
- The relaxation room, with complimentary herbal teas and water, is available exclusively to guests who have booked a treatment.
- For the wellbeing of our team and guests, please do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing a cough, cold, or flu-like symptoms.
- Treatments cannot be carried out if you are under the influence of alcohol.
- To maintain a calm and restorative environment, please switch off mobile phones during your visit.
- Inappropriate behaviour, whether verbal or physical, will result in the immediate termination of your treatment.
Payment Policy: Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Spa Days may be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to arrival. Treatments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance. Rescheduled bookings must take place within 3 months of the original date and may be subject to additional charges.
All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate and may be subject to change. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to all services and distributed among the team.
